Anderson Marsh Interpretive Association
The Anderson Marsh Interpretive Association (AMIA) serves the interpretive needs of Anderson Marsh State Historic Park, at Clear Lake in Lake County, California. Through memberships and fundraising, the association supports many park interpretive programs. These programs include restoration of the 19th century ranch house and ranch complex, trail development, living history and cultural and natural resource preservation.
AMIA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charitable association cooperating with the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation. It was formed in 1984 by park staff and other concerned and involved volunteers, shortly after the State of California acquired the park in 1982. Through the years AMIA has tried to help make the special and unique place we call Anderson Marsh more important in the minds of the many visitors who experience the resources of the park.
All donations will help AMIA with its interpretive and restoration work and are tax-deductible (Tax I.D. number 68-0050224).
